As technology getting more advanced, the needs in finding new and more useful materials are very crucial. Till to date, researcher are focusing in research and development to create new material or improve existing material which eventually can help to improve the standard living of the people. The goal of this project is to provide an overview and explanation of the rapidly advancing class of materials known as ceramics and crystals in terms of laser and optical applications. This project objectives aim to inform, emphasis and provide some contextual knowledge about optical ceramics and crystals.
