Vertical Take Off and Landing Unmanned Air Vehicles (VTOL UAV) are gaining popularity due to its stable hovering capabilities. This report documents the development of a quad-copter from scratch. The various components and design concepts are explained in detail. Mathematical modeling is derived for planning of the construction of the quad-copter. Extensive tuning are utilized to achieve optimum flight performance. The eventual UAV successfully meets the required stability and flying ability.Bachelor of Engineerin
