Paper Micro -fluidic Devices is continuously being researched and developed since it provides abundant advantages to the society. Some applications include medical and clinical diagnostics and assays. Its cheap commercialization value allows it to be a highly attractive device. The main focus of this project is to investigate the best parameters in fabricating a channel on paper via Photolithography. Successful results were obtained where the flow of fluid was consistent from one end of the channel to the other. The resulting optimum parameters are fabrication on Whatman 1 paper, spin coating intensity of 2750 rpm, UV exposure for 21 seconds, washing of SU8 photo resist with Acetone for 5 minutes and plasma cleaning ...
