SIMULASI FILTER NYQUIST DENGAN KONSTRUKSI PARAMETRIS

ABSTRAKSI: Pada transmisi data digital baseband, diperlukan adanya suatu filter pulse shaping yang dapat mengkonstruksi pulsa-pulsa aliran data yang akan ditransmisikan agar didapat Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) dan Jitter seminimal mungkin. Kualitas hasil pembentukan pulsa dapat dilihat berdasarkan Eye Pattern (pola mata) sinyal pulsa tersebut. Teorema Pulsa Nyquist-I, dengan parameter-parameter yang digunakannya, dapat membantu bagaimana pulse shaping yang baik dapat dirancang untuk membuat suatu filter pembatas lebar pita frekuensi sinyal baseband digital sebelum ditransmisikan. Pada Tugas Akhir ini disimulasikan metode perancangan filter pembentuk pulsa dengan roll-off factor tertentu sesuai Teorema Pulsa Nyquist-I, dengan konstruksi parametris sebagai berikut : 1. Two-parameter Raised Cosine Pulses 2. Parametric Exponential Pulses 3. Parametric Linear Pulses (n=1) 4. Parametric Linear Pulses (n=2) 5. Parametric ��Double-Jump��Pulses Selain itu, untuk meneliti kinerja filter perancangannya, disimulasikan pemrosesan sinyal data menjadi bentuk pulsa yang dikehendaki oleh filter-filter hasil perancangannya pada kondisi gangguan kanal noise AWGN dan kanal multipath fading rayleigh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan untuk filter Nyquist dengan konstruksi parametris yang berbeda-beda di dapatkan nilai ISI dan jitter yang berbeda untuk nilai roll of factor ( �� ) yang berbeda-beda, dimana dengan parametris Two-parameter Raised Cosine Pulses didapatkan ISI dan jitter minimum saat ��=1. Untuk bandwidth, semakin besar nilai roll of factor maka bandwidth filter akan semakin membesar dan bandwidth 3dB akan semakin mengecil. Kinerja filter untuk kanal noise AWGN dapat mencapai BER terendah 10-4, dan untuk kanal multipath fading Rayleigh dapat mencapai 10-2.Kata Kunci : -ABSTRACT: At digital baseband transmission is needed the existence of pulse shaping filter which can constructing pulses with Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) and jitter as minimum as possible. We can analyze the result of pulse shaping quality from Eye pattern from that pulses. The theorem of Nyquist-I pulses with its parametric can help us how to design well pulse shaping process, which is can made good pulse shaper filter. At this final project was simulation the method of pulse shaping filter scheme by certain roll of factor according to Nyquist-I pulses theorem, with the the following parametric construction : 1. Parametric ��Double-Jump��Pulses Others to analyze the performance of simulation filter, the pulse result of pulse shaping filter will be condition of trouble of canal of AWGN noise and canal of multipath fading rayleigh. The result of analysis show for the Nyquist filter using parametric construction get different value of ISI and jitter depend roll of factor ( �� ). The minimum value of ISI and jitter get from Two-parameter Raised Cosine Pulses with ��=1. For bandwidth analyze, bigger roll of factor, make bigger bandwidth filter and bandwidth 3dB will smaller. The performance Filter for the canal of noise AWGN can reach the lowest BER 10-4, and for the canal of multipath fading Rayleigh can reach the lowest BER 10-2.Keyword:
