The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect of convenience, customers trust in the continuance intention by moderating religiosity in Go-Pay services. This research methodology used one hundred thirty (130) respondents collected through questionnaires in the Surabaya and Sidoarjo Region. Respondents' responses were analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0. Analiis results indicate that convenience has a significant positive effect on continuance intention and trust has a significant positive effect on continuance intention. The role of moderating religiosity has a significant positive effect between the relationship of trust and continuance intention.
