Pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan Dan Pola Gaya Hidup Pada Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan Dengan Sikap Terhadap Uang Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

The financial management behavior has become prevailing issue nowadays. This study aims to examine the relationship between Financial Knowledge, Lifestyle and Attitude Towards Money on Financial Management Behavior. The sample consists of 142 respondents, in which they were taken by means of Purposive Convenience Sampling. The characteristic of respondents such as employees of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and private companies in Surabaya, single, and they have income equal to Rp 4.000.000. Using Structural Equation Modeling on Partial Least Square (PLS), this research found that no direct effect on Financial Management Behavior by Financial knowledge and Lifestyle. Attitude Towards Money is positively related to Financial Management Behavior, and Attitude Towards Money mediates the effect of Financial Knowledge on Financial Management Behavior
