Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, firm growth, firm size, and institutional ownership on debt policy. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample were taken using a purposive sampling method. This study is all uses secondary data, data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and related company websites in the form of annual reports and audited financial statements for 2014-2018 on manufacturing companies. Analysis of the data in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability affects on debt policy. Firm growth has an effect on debt policy. Firm size has an effects on debt policy. Institutional ownership has no effect on debt policy.
