The muons coming from the BDS system are shielded by different spoilers, and are simulated with MUCARLO.The impact of the muons reaching the SiD detector is studied with respect to the detector performance and the buffer depth.The objective of the study is to rule out those options amongst the currently discussed shiedling options that do not meet the SiD criterion for the muon occupancy
