En este artículo describimos una propuesta formativa de practicum para futuros docentes de Educación Infantil y Primaria articulada como un trabajo de indagación y de reflexión (individual y colaborativa) que se despliega a partir de los problemas pedagógicos que los alumnos de prácticas identifican como relevantes. De manera más concreta, en este artículo presentamos el proceso reflexivo desarrollado por una de las alumnas participantes, Elena.
