Discrete regularisation of localised kinetic terms

This work is presented at the 7th DESY Workshop on Elementary Particle Theory “Loops and Legs in Quantum Field Theory”, Zinnowitz, April 25-30, 2004.We investigate the behaviour of 5d models with general brane kinetic terms by discretising the extra dimension.
