I discuss different supersymmetric dark matter candidates in the lightof the Higgs boson discovery. In the MSSM, I will motivate a compressedgaugino spectrum within the mirage mediation scheme. The latter allowsto have thermal bino dark matter through coannihilation effects. Thesfermions are heavier than the gauginos by a loop factor, accounting forthe large Higgs mass via radiative corrections. As an alternative, Iwill discuss singlet extensions of the MSSM, which allow for anadditional tree-level contribution to the Higgs mass and soft terms fromordinary gravity mediation.
