The electronic structures of tetrahedral complexes $VCl4_$, $MdCl_4^2^-$, $FeCl_4^2^-$-, $CoCl_4^2^-$, $NiCl_4^2^-$- and $CuCl_4^2^-$ have been studied on the basis of molecular orbital theory according to ZDO approximations. Calculations show that the atomic charge all along the sequence from Mn to Cu is nearly constant in spite of the change of the central atom
