Children with cerebral palsy (CP) have limitations in the components of the structure and function of the body, social participation and implementation of activities, being one of these activities manual reaching. From this evidence was our interest in the Study I, a systematic review aimed to gather studies evaluating the scope for CP children to identify the variables analyzed review and discuss their findings. It was found that children with CP have limitations in reaching, characterized by lower smoothness and linearity of movement. Among the causes of these limitations are the postural control deficits.
