Wind power is a type of energy that was used for long time and windmill power plant is the kind of wind usage. A windmill power plant, which is built in this research, is using a 6 paddles windflower windmill with capacity 120 watts. The windmill is starting to rotate at the wind speed about 2,1 m/s, the maximum wind speed in this research is 4,6 m/s or equal to 16,56 km/s At the maximum wind speed, the windmill efficiency about 49,485% is reached and maximum energy is 49,201 watts or maximum 1180,824 wH within 24 hours. Result of this research indicates that the wind energy potency in north coastal seaboard of Manokwari regency is sufficient to be developed as power plant
