Abstract Rethinking of the role of person or individuals in international law has become more significant due to the development of branches of international law: the international criminal law, international human rights law and international humanitarian law. This essay focuses on issue of law enforcement of individuals responsibility toward international wrongfid acts, mechanisms and their father development.
