This experiment was aimed to evaluate in-vivo the antioxidative and hipocholesterolemic activity of green tea and jasmine green tea extracts in male Sprague Dawley rats given high PUFA diet. Forty male 3.5 month-old Sprague Dawley rats used an bioassay study. They were divided into 5 groups of 8 rats which were rats feed "no wheat flour, no supplemented tea extract " (NTNT), " with wheat flour, no supplemented tea extract" (TNT), "with wheat flour, supplemented green tea extract 1 %" (TTHR), "with wheat flour, force feeding with green tea extract 100 mg/day" (TTHF), and "with wheat flour, supplemented jasmine green tea extract 1 %" (TTWR) diet.
