ANALISIS KINERJA PADA KANTOR CAMAT BANAWA KABUPATEN DONGGALA (Studi Pelayanan E-KTP)

This syudy aims at describing the Performance Analysis In Sub District Of Banawa, Donggala Districk (Study Of e-ID Services). Research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Informant selection was done purposively techniques resulted six informant. The result shows that performance analysis in subdistrict office of Banawa, Donggala Districk (Study Of e-ID Services) has not been optimal yet, because of some of office of Banawa is less goods show that is not optimal, it can be seen from several aspects that influence it, namely 1) Produktifivity in integrated services Unit of sub district office of Banawa is less good. 2) Service quality integrated services Unit of sub district office of Banawa is not good. 3) Responsivenses in integrated services Unit of sub district office of Banawa has been well. 4) Responsibility in integrated services Unit of sub district office of Banawa has been good. 5) Accountability in integrated services Unit of sub district office of Banawa has been already good
