PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH PROPINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

This research aims to determine and analyze simultaneuous effects of transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation on the performance of officials in the Regional Revenue Office. Also, it indends to determine and analyze partial effects of transformational leadership on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of work culture on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office; determine and analyze partial effects of motivation on the performance of official in The Regional Revenue Office. Population in this study consists of 107 officials in The Regional Revenue Office, who all selected as samples. Method of analysis is multiple linear regression. The results show that: transformational leadership, work culture, and motivation have simultaneous effects on officials’ performance with F-value of 46.701 on the significance level of 0.000; transformational leadership style have partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value of 6.308 on the significance level of 0.000; work culture has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.677 on the significance level 0.000; motivation has partial effect on officials’ performance with t-value 4.492 on the significance level 0.000
