513-520In this research, the shear strength of the blue-green soft silty-clays in Konyaaltı (Antalya) has been investigated. Samples taken in every 0.5 m from boreholes were investigated using laboratory methods. Additionally, CPT and SPT tests were conducted near the boreholes. Some important correlations have been established between undrained shear strength (Su), physical soil properties and in-situ test results, in order to develop predictive models. As a result of statistical analysis of correlations between undrained shear strength-overconsolidation ratio and dry unit weight, high correlation coefficients were obtained.
