Synthesis of Azodisperse Dyes for Dyeing of Acetate and Other Fibres

The effect of the nature and orientation of substituents in the diazonium component on the colour of azodyes is discussed. The dyeing performance of the dyes prepared on wool and triacetate fibres has been assessed.
