A survey of inter-library loan procedures and operations at eleven Indian University libraries

Stresses the need of maintenance of inter-library loan statistics. Describes the inter-library loan programmes and operations of eleven Indian Universities. Brings out the problems involved in such operations and procedures. Provides proposals for the improvement of inter-library loan facilities and includes the borrowing and lending statistics of the universities surveyed.
