464-468<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:9.0pt;font-family:" times="" new="" roman","serif""="">The crystal structure and magnetic properties of simultaneously substituted cadmium and aluminium spinel series Co1-xCdxFe2-xAlxO4 with x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5, are studied by X-ray diffraction and saturation magnetization measurements. The single phase fcc spinel structure of all the samples was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. X-ray analysis showed that the latticc parameter <span style="font-size:14.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size:7.5pt;font-family:" arial","sans-serif""="">'a', increases with increasing x.
