RELEVANSI PEMAHAMAN DAN SIKAP PEMUDA TERHADAP NILAI GOTONG ROYONG UNTUK PEMBANGUNAN

The purpose of this research was to explain and analyze the understanding and the attitude of youth people to the mutual aid for the development in Semarang Jaya, Air Hitam village Lampung Barat district. Method used was descriptive quantitative. Population in this research were 120 people and samples were 30 people (25%). The research results showed that 13 respondents or 43,33% included in the category of lack understanding on the mutual aid to the development and 14 respondents or 46,66% included in the category of understand on the mutual aid for the development.But based on the results of the analysis, the community inSemarang jaya, Air Hitam village, Lampung Barat district tend to have understanding the value of mutual aid but not implemented the value in daily life.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pemahaman dan sikap pemuda terhadap nilai gotong royong untuk pembangunan di Desa Semarang Jaya Kecamatan Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang (25%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 13 responden atau 43,33% masuk dalam kategori kurang paham terhadap nilai gotong royong untuk pembangunan dan 14 responden atau 46,66% masuk dalam kategori paham terhadap nilai gotong royong untuk pembangunan. Namun berdasarkan hasil analisis, masyarakat di Desa Semarang Jaya Kecamatan Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat cenderung memiliki pemahaman tentang nilai gotong royong tetapi kurang menerapkan nilai tersebut kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata kunci: gotong royong, pemuda, sika
