1058-1062 Continuous and sustained growth of small and medium scale units in Indian textile garment sector has resulted in increased CO2 emission and effluent discharge. Analysis of processing units in Tirupur, India, has helped to identify some energy efficient and environmentally sound technology (E3ST) measures.
