13-21This study unfolds major implications for performance management systems and process in university libraries. The study is mainly based on the primary data collected from the professionals working in 15 university libraries (regular and deemed) of Karnataka State with the help of a pre-tested, structured, comprehensive, postal questionnaire. The respondents include professionals and semiprofessionals working in various university libraries in Karnataka.
