Dental caries is dental sickness which largest proportion be compared with dental and mouth sickness, while the ten big illness of Indonesia. The efforts have been done to descry them not so easily caused human resource limited, infrastructure including fund, which are given by government. With the relationship, Unit of School Dental Health is one of effort which to be able to describe prevalence and status of dental caries for community special for Primary School Student. This research had goal for got description of the factors which related with dental caries status for Primary School Students the Sixth Class in Idi Rayeuk Sub-District, caused their age high risk in dental caries case. Research have been done in Idi Rayeuk Sub-District, East Aceh. Research design used Cross Sectional Sample were students of Primary Wschool by random with Cluster syste sum 300 students. Research resulted shown dental caries prevalence 94.3% and DMF-T 2,16 it so could be had as conclusion dental caries for Primary School students were classified low. But prevalence shown highest. The factor of various kind of snacks, food cleansing, dental flosss frequency, and dental floss habit, floss dental method had significant relationship with child dental caries status.
