The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction of teachers and commitment to the organization. The experiment was conducted on teacher MAN 3 Malang, amounting to 64 people and hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis. The results indicate that role conflict and emotional exhaustion are directly and significantly affect teacher job satisfaction.
