Pengaruh Konflik Peran, Kelelahan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction of teachers and commitment to the organization. The experiment was conducted on teacher MAN 3 Malang, amounting to 64 people and hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis. The results indicate that role conflict and emotional exhaustion are directly and significantly affect teacher job satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of this study suggest that there is no direct effect of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on commitment to the organization, but both of them (role conflict and emotional exhaustion) had an indirect influ­ence on organizational commitment through job Satisfaction of teachers Keywords: role conflict, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction of teachers, organizational commitmen
