Model Relasi Gender dalam Keluarga (Studi pada Pekerja Perempuan Usaha Home Industry Bordir di Kec. Bangil, Kab. Pasuruan)

The research is a qualitative research. The research purpose is to find out the model of decision making, model of gender relations and activity difference, access, control and benefit of "border" home industry at Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The research result described that the model of decision making in the home industry is dominated by wife, either for the domestic or productive role. The wife domination made the husband no longer have a main making-living role. The model of gender relations in the family related to the decision making is equal enough. It means that husband-wife could run their own functions in accordance with their mutual agreement. In the activity difference and access in the family, the female worker seems clear. The factor influencing the activity difference, access, control and benefit of female worker of "border" home industry is the strong norm of Javanese culture that emphasize the women role as housewife.
