The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Investment, Earning per Share and Dividend Per Share on the Stock Price of a manufacturing company that has several factors. Factors that influence stock price fluctuations are internal and external factors. This study uses secondary data and the population of this study are real estate and property companies that are still listed and go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period.
