Abstract BACKGROUND. Several approaches have been used for noninvasive estimation of right atrial pressure (RAP), but, no currently available method has gained any definite validation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography in estimating mean RAP in patients with cardiac disease. METHODS.
