In this paper, X-ray fluorescence analysis of nickel in two samples of the nickel complex have been carried out on PW-1410 X-ray fluorescent spectrometer. A series of synthetic standards were prepared to a limiting matrix-similarity and were ground to the same mesh as that of the samples. The accuracy of the results obtained has been verified by the conventional wet technique. It is found that the values of the nickel content obtained by the X-ray fluorescence is within the limit of 0.5% to that of the values obtained by the wet chemical method. (Dr. S.C.
