The copper graphite composite powder prepared by Electroless Method is found superior due to its homogeneous and reproducible structure to those manufactured by blending, electroplating and cementation processes. The material produced from this technique would help in achieving better electrical and lubricating properties and could be used in motor and generators of aircraft. The co-deposited powder was prepared by adjusting the composition of the ingredients particularly graphite, formaldehyde and Rochelle salt in the weight ratio of 1:3.5:5 at ambient temperature and pH13.
