ABSTRACT: This study was aimed to develop supplementary reading materials for the 7th graders in SMPN 2 Malang. In order to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher adapted the model of R&D designed by Dick and Carey (2001) and Developing Reading Materials designed by Tomlinson and Matsuhara (2004). The reading materials were divided into 3 chapters, i.e., Shopping list, Greetings cards, and Announcement.
