The design of welding support machine (roller)

The welding support machine is a machine that helps workers in workshops. The machine facilitates the process of holding a cylindrical workpiece. The aim of this project is to hold the cylinder workpiece comfortably to enable the handling of the workpiece and be able to adjust according to different sizes of the pipe. We use the motor where the workpiece will rotate by itself and the welder hand position is static. This project is more intense if compared to existing jigs due to its ability to hold various workpiece sizes compared to other pipe welding jigs
