The current research aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in Sistan and Baluchestan municipality. This research is descriptive-survey and field study. Statistical sample was 40 employees of Sistan and Baluchestan municipality who were selected randomly. In this respect, organizational justice (Mormon & Nihov, 1991) and organizational citizenship (Pudsakov and McKenzie, 1990) questionnaires which their reliability was measured by Cronbach\u27s alpha as 0.84 and 0.91 respectively were distributed among statistical samples.
