The research study assessed psychological contract among employees at Telecommunication sector in Malaysia. The purpose of the study was to identify whether there is a relationship between psychological contract breach and psychological contract fulfilment on employee intention to quit. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the employee of three Telecommunication Company where 225 returned questionnaire was used for the analysis. Result suggested that psychological contract breach has positive relationship with intention to quit while psychological contract fulfilment had significant negative relationship with intention to quit
