An investigation has been made to design and optimize the highest rotational speed of the wind turbine blade for this application. The development of machines which efficiently extract power from wind to wind turbines is now being used as a generic term for machines with rotating blades that convert the kinetic energy of wind into useful power. This application is to reduce the usage of car battery and also as a backup power supply if the car battery fails. In the development of a wind turbine blade for this project, the parameter taken is the angle of the blade, number of blades and material. For all this research, SolidWorks for 3D modelling and the analysis of flow simulation was used
