This study evaluated the willingness to pay by the people in Kelantan for improved domestic water services. Unsatisfactory services by the Kelantan water company are a long-standing issue in the state. Excessive water consumption, frequent interruptions, rapid social and economic growths are putting higher demands for quality of services and the water company is unable to cope with the growing number of populations. This study employed Choice Experiment (CE) method to examine other possible preferences in domestic water services.
