In this paper an investigation on the factors influencing outsource decision of property maintenance services for Malaysian office buildings are reported. In particular, five identified core factors of performance, economics, technological, dealing and administration (PETDA) were put forward and followed with twenty sub factors used to examine the perception of respondents towards the importance level of each. The result shows that the most critical aspect influencing the outsourcing decisions on property maintenance services was economics factors.
