The right sequence structure of a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is very important for DNA computing to obtain effective results. In order to generate good DNA sequences, many researchers try to reduce the calculation error in DNA computing by focusing on developing new methods for design in ggood DNA sequence. This study has developed a method based onon artificial immune systems (AIs) to optimize the design of DNA sequence. Negative selection Algorithm (APN) and Clonal selection algorithm were hybridized.
