?Tricalcium Phosphate (?TCP) have been widely used as an implant materials. It has been successfully produced locally using two different method which is hydrothermal and precipitation. The aim of the study was to determine the biocompatibility of ?TCP prepared by hydrothermal and precipitation method with normal human osteoblast (NHOst) cells. For this purpose cytotoxicity of the material was assessed using an Alamar Blue method to determine the viability of NHOst cells grown with extracts of ?TCP in various concentrations.
