The influence of family functioning on self-concept is crucial in adolescents\u27 development while negative family environment appears to be a risk factor in the development and maintenance of an adolescent\u27s behavior. This study aimed at determining the relationship between family functioning domains, adaptability, and cohesion with five domains of self-concept. The study employed survey research involving the administration of the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES III) and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS).
