Women achievement in life is not only perceived by themselves. In fact, it is enhanced by their family and children achievement. This article discusses women\u27s achievement especially that of the mothers, in terms of household management, particularly nurturing their children with moral and religious education. Besides, it also examines women achievement and their roles in helping adolescents face social problems. It is hoped that this article will provide women with guidelines for being a role model for the younger generation. Women should perform and achieve because a wife and a mother in the family is a household manager while in society. She appears as a role model, to create and develop a new generation in the future. This article would also provide some guidance for women in showing good examples to the teenage girls. Women are like the pillars of a countrywithout these pillars the whole country will collapse one day
