ISNN33LFPW collection of surface synoptic observations reports from land fixed automated weather stations in South-Eastern France available from LFPW (Toulouse) in BUFR format at intermediary synoptic hours

The message collects surface SYNOP reports in BUFR format from land fixed automated weather stations of 0-20000-0-07641 (Sète), 0-20000-0-07666 (Leucate), 0-20000-0-07667 (Hyères), 0-20000-0-07749 (Cap Béar), 0-20000-0-07753 (Ile Rousse), 0-20000-0-07770 (Cap Pertusato), 0-20000-0-07775 (Alistro), 0-20000-0-07785 (Cap Corse). The stations report : Wind direction and Wind speed Air Temperature Relative Humidity Precipitation Pressure Horizontal visibility Soil temperature (not all sites) Current weather The ISNN TTAA data designators decode as : T1 (I) : Observational data (Binary codes) - BUFR, T2 (S) : Surface / sea level, A1 (N) : Synoptic observations from fixed land stations at non-standard time (i.e. 01, 02, 04, 05, ...
