Add to ORKGTujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi pelanggan tentang sektor perbankan setelah munculnya sistem perbankan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa jangkauan layanan pelanggan dan panjangnya hubungan bank-pelanggan memiliki dampak positif pada preferensi pelanggan dalam memilih perbankan syariah. Studi ini memberikan kerangka kerja tidak hanya untuk sektor perbankan tetapi juga untuk organisasi lain. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya agar setiap kebijakan organisasi sesuai untuk mendapatkan preferensi pelanggan dan hasil yang optimal dalam bentuk pelanggan yang puas dan loyal
