The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of e-service quality, brand image, and price toward customer satisfaction and the impact on customer loyalty at traveloka.com. This type of research is quantitative. The data source of this research is the primary data by sampling traveloka.com customers. Data is collected using accidental sampling with customers spread to 100 respondents traveloka.com. The method of this research is path analysis.
