The aim of this study was to analyze gender representation in English in focus textbook through two features, linguistics, and social features which was explored into some categories; gender vocabulary, firstness, attribute, lexis and gender (lexical meaning), dialogue, gender occupation, and psychology aspects. This study used a qualitative research design of content analysis method. The data resources were the English in focus textbook as a document analysis and teachers responses. The data were collected through documentation, interview and questionnaire.
