Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari marka molekuler yang terpaut dengan sifat toleransi tanaman padi gogo hasil persilangan Situ Patenggang x B11930F-TB2 terhadap Al dengan menggunakan metode SSR. Bahan tanam yang digunakan adalah 36 galur terpilih hasil persilangan Situ Patenggang x B11930F-TB2 dengan kategori toleran, moderat dan peka berdasarkan seleksi di tanah masam Lampung Timur. Galur IR6008032 dan varietas ITA digunakan sebagai kontrol pembanding toleran dan peka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 40 pasang primer yang diaplikasikan pada 36 galur hasil persilangan, 3 pasang primer diantaranya yaitu: RM205, RM257 dan RM247 diduga terpaut dengan sifat toleransi terhadap Al.
