Analysing and designnig human resorces aplicationj sytem at mides solution company using codeigniter as aframework'

As the rapid advancement of development of information technology, the role of information needs is very important. And also with the use of information technology can yield efficiency on the speed, timeliness, accuracy, and correctness of the information produced. At Midas Solution sometimes the human resources department falls on data management errors and delays in information. These problems occur because lack of efficiency. All the activity that related of human resources department is still using manual system. Therefore the company needs to have system that is used to assist the human resource in data management. This application is very useful in term of giving information, so it�s increasing human resources department performance. The conclusion from this thesis is the system can provide every information that related with human resources; contract, employee data, bonus, attendance, annual leaves request, candidate data, employee�s job experience and division. System requirement is done with the method of collecting data through observation in the company, interview with secretary of human resources department and literature study. Design has been done with the Object Oriented Analysis and Design approach by using UML (Unified Modeling Language)
