The objective of this study was to find the empirical evidence whether or not the representativeness of the learning activities based on the Reading and Writing skill that were represented by English summative test for the second year students of SMP N 13 Tangerang Selatan had good category and in line with the required content of the English syllabus. The method of this study was comparative descriptive method.
